๐ Role Overview
KINKO, a global fashion and beauty brand, is looking for a reliable, service-oriented, and communicative Customer Service & Technical Support Representative.
The role includes assisting customers via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone, handling basic technical issues, coordinating with the CTO and development team, and managing daily tasks.
Fluency in Hebrew ๐ฎ๐ฑ and English ๐บ๐ธ is required, as well as proven experience in the fashion and beauty industry.
๐ง Key Responsibilities
๐ฌ Multi-channel customer support โ Respond to customers via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone calls.
๐ Phone support โ Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and helpful communication.
โ๏ธ Basic technical assistance โ Address simple issues and escalate complex ones to the development team (Shopify / Meta / PayPal).
๐งพ Ticket management โ Log, track, and update the status of all inquiries.
๐๏ธ Task tracking & reporting โ Monitor daily activities and share updates with management.
๐ค Team collaboration โ Work closely with the development team and the CTO.
๐ Requirements
๐ Proven experience in the fashion and beauty industry (required).
๐ Fluent in Hebrew and English โ reading, writing, and speaking.
๐ป Experience in online customer service or call centers โ advantage.
๐ฌ Familiarity with WhatsApp Business / Inbox / chat systems.
๐๏ธ Basic understanding of Shopify, Meta, Gmail, Google Sheets.
๐ฏ Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
๐ Work Schedule & Compensation
๐๏ธ Working Hours: 1โ2 hours per day
๐ Days: 4 times per week
๐ฐ Rate: $3.50โ$4.00 USD per hour
๐ Opportunity to increase working hours and days based on company activity.
๐ป 100% Remote position, requiring daily availability and strong communication skills.
