๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

KINKO, a global fashion and beauty brand, is looking for a reliable, service-oriented, and communicative Customer Service & Technical Support Representative.

The role includes assisting customers via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone, handling basic technical issues, coordinating with the CTO and development team, and managing daily tasks.

Fluency in Hebrew ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ and English ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ is required, as well as proven experience in the fashion and beauty industry.

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ’ฌ Multi-channel customer support โ€“ Respond to customers via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone calls.

๐Ÿ“ž Phone support โ€“ Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and helpful communication.

โš™๏ธ Basic technical assistance โ€“ Address simple issues and escalate complex ones to the development team (Shopify / Meta / PayPal).

๐Ÿงพ Ticket management โ€“ Log, track, and update the status of all inquiries.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Task tracking & reporting โ€“ Monitor daily activities and share updates with management.

๐Ÿค Team collaboration โ€“ Work closely with the development team and the CTO.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

๐Ÿ‘— Proven experience in the fashion and beauty industry (required).

๐ŸŒ Fluent in Hebrew and English โ€“ reading, writing, and speaking.

๐Ÿ’ป Experience in online customer service or call centers โ€“ advantage.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Familiarity with WhatsApp Business / Inbox / chat systems.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Basic understanding of Shopify, Meta, Gmail, Google Sheets.

๐ŸŽฏ Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.

๐Ÿ•’ Work Schedule & Compensation

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Working Hours: 1โ€“2 hours per day

๐Ÿ“† Days: 4 times per week

๐Ÿ’ฐ Rate: $3.50โ€“$4.00 USD per hour

๐Ÿ”„ Opportunity to increase working hours and days based on company activity.

๐Ÿ’ป 100% Remote position, requiring daily availability and strong communication skills.
