3PL Warehouse Supervisor

The 3PL Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations involving electronics, textiles, and other goods, ensuring efficient inventory management, team leadership, and compliance with safety standards. Leading a small team of up to five members, this role focuses on optimizing order fulfillment, maintaining quality control, and improving processes within a third-party logistics environment using systems like NetSuite, ShipHawk, and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy and control procedures
• Supervise and support a small warehouse team
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in third-party logistics (3PL)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (NetSuite, ShipHawk, AS400)
• Strong inventory control skills
• Proven team leadership abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations compliance
• Experience in logistics coordination
