<p><img src="https://imgur.com/a/WGrEzQu" width="863" alt=""><img src="https://i.imgur.com/ftxzIDM.jpeg" width="873" height="63" alt=""></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Network HealthCare Pharmacy - Franklin</strong></span></p> <p><strong>P/T POSITION - Monday - Friday 7:00 AM TO 1:30 PM</strong></p> <p>Network HealthCare Pharmacy (a closed-door pharmacy) is seeking a P/T A/R Specialist - Remote for our Franklin, TN location. Under general supervision of A/R Director, the A/R Specialist identifies, analyzes and resolves routine accounts receivable issues with the assigned portfolio of accounts.  The A/R Specialist applies acquired job skills in the performance of accounts receivable responsibilities with company policies and procedures.</p> <p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A/R Specislist will process Census, Claim Rejections (Error Resolution and Reports), Month-end A/R Processing, Reporting, and Auditing</li> <li>Answering phones </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented person, works well with numbers, and a fast-paced environment with monthly deadlines.</li> <li>Knowledge of insurance programs, federal, state and commercial.</li> <li>Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email applications.</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.</li> <li>Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask is necessary.</li> <li>Having a desire to learn and being able to work well in a team environment.</li> <li>Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as necessary, and alternately work cohesively within a team environment.</li> <li>Data Entry, filing, phones, and other general clerical duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p> <ul> <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that should be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:</li> <li>This is a sedentary position which may require sitting at computer up to seven (7) hours per day</li> <li>Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds</li> <li>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.<strong> </strong><strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. </li> <li>Have basic knowledge of general office procedures</li> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years ‘AR experience.</li> <li>QS1 experience a plus</li> <li>Strong Computer Keyboarding and Data-Entry Skills</li> <li>General knowledge of working in an accounting department a plus</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>NHC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. </strong></em></p>
