Aftersales Intern

Provide exceptional customer service to all Audi customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our Aftersales department. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the Aftersales department. Learn about and become knowledgeable in Audi products, services, and procedures. Collaborate with the Aftersales team to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Utilize various software programs and tools to track and manage customer interactions and transactions. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Assist in the scheduling and coordination of service appointments for customers. Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times. Contribute to the overall success of the Aftersales department by completing assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner. Take initiative and proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Aftersales department. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive customer and company information.
