- Oversee onboarding, track progress, lead communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
- 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
- Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
- Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
- Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
