Amazon Brand Manager

About the Role

As an Amazon Brand Manager at GigaBrands, you'll lead client relationships, drive results, and oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. You'll be the trusted point of contact, track progress, lead communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
  • Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding
  • Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
  • Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
