Job Description

  • Lead onboarding for clients, drive results, and oversee Amazon accounts.
  • Track progress, lead communication, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days).
  • Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams to keep progress on track.
  • Resolve client issues through Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits.
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding.
  • Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates.
