Amazon Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
- Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
- Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
- Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits
- Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding
GigaBrands is hiring an Amazon Brand Manager to lead client relationships, drive results, and oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
- 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
- Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
- Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
- Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
