As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an extraordinary grocery shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will vary based on store needs, and you will be expected to engage with customers, manage checkout operations, and assist with food preparation and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and engage in friendly conversations to understand their shopping needs. ,
- Provide product recommendations and information to assist customers in making decisions. ,
- Operate cash registers and assist customers in self-service checkout lanes. ,
- Process in-store and Amazon.com returns efficiently. ,
- Prepare fresh food items such as salads, pizzas, rotisserie chickens, and sandwiches. ,
- Stock shelves, set up merchandise displays, and maintain a clean sales floor. ,
- Unload product deliveries and organize the stockroom. ,
- Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age. ,
- Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English. ,
- Must have a high school or equivalent diploma.
Nice-to-haves
