Assistant Manager, Key Account (Kuching) (Renewable Contract)

(1) Dealer Management

  • Building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with the dealers to keep them motivated
  • Training dealers’ employees for proper display and educating them about product features
  • Arranging/ organizing service backup for the dealers
  • Give guidelines to the dealers regarding promotional activities
  • Ensure that promotional material is properly displayed

(2) Sales Support

  • Ensure proper and efficient after-sales support to the dealer
  • Give feedback to the dealer regarding his sales support to the customer

(3) MIS

  • Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of reports regarding market activities, Competitors' Products/ Prices,/ Promotion activities to the Branch Manager
  • Prepare dealer reports related to sales figures, collections, scheme achievement, etc
  • Send reports regarding discount schemes, figures, distribution of gifts, etc., to the accounts department

(4) Field Management

  • Managing the distribution of goods, which are in high demand but short in supply
  • Maintaining contacts with competitors’ dealers to extract information

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or any related field
  • Experience of 4-6 years, preferably in the Consumer Electronics or Mobile Industry, with at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Candidates from the FMCG and Retail industry are encouraged to apply
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to relocate or based in Kuching, Sarawak
  • 1 Year Renewable Contract position (s) available.
