Associate - Freight/Receiving

Responsibilities: Manage the receiving and shipping of products at The Home Depot in accordance with established safety and quality standards. Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and inventory levels, and verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Oversee the unloading of trucks and the stocking of shelves with incoming merchandise. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Maintain a neat and organized storage area. Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling products.
