Automation Implementor (CRM + Lead Follow-Up Systems)
Description:
We are a business consulting firm that installs simple, high-impact automation systems for service businesses (contractors, professionals, etc.).
We are NOT looking for a developer.
We are looking for someone who can:
Build simple automation workflows
Set up lead follow-up systems (text/email)
Connect forms to CRM
Test and confirm everything works
You will be responsible for:
Setting up basic CRM pipelines (or using ours)
Creating automated follow-up sequences
Connecting lead sources (forms, Facebook, etc.)
Testing workflows end-to-end
Tools (experience with at least 1–2 is required):
Zapier or Make
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Freshsales
SMS/email automation tools
We are NOT looking for:
Complex developers
Custom API builders
Over-engineers
We ARE looking for:
Fast execution
Clear communication
Ability to follow a simple build plan
Someone who can test their own work
Ongoing work for the right person
