B2B Sales Manager
Job Summary: As the B2B Sales Manager, you will lead the national corporate sales division for Canada Computers, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with businesses, institutions, and government clients. You will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies of B2B corporate sales, manage a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with company objectives. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales execution in the technology and electronics retail space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic national B2B sales strategy, including annual targets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
- Identify and evaluate new product lines and service opportunities tailored to business clients.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of corporate account managers and sales representatives.
- Set clear KPIs and performance goals; monitor progress and coach for continuous improvement.
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including enterprise, education, and public sector accounts that maximize revenue while minimizing risks
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of B2B sales staff.
- Lead high-level negotiations and close complex sales agreements.
- Design and implement sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and risks.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate with Product team to ensure availability and competitiveness of offerings.
- Partner with Store Managers to support regional B2B initiatives and local client relationships.
- Ensure all contracts reflect accurate pricing, service levels, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain documentation and reporting on all major accounts and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage pricing and margin strategies.
- Proven success in developing and expanding corporate sales accounts
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and solution selling.
- Experience in selling IT hardware, software, or technology services to corporate clients is preferred
- Ability to travel across Canada as needed.
