What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, outgoing, and dependable team members
- Fast learners who thrive in a high-volume environment
- Great communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, or holidays (flexibility is key!)
- Experience in coffee, food service, or retail preferred—but not required
What You’ll Do:
- Make high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with speed and precision
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Follow all recipes, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Work as part of a tight-knit team and support your shift leads and manager
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, move, and work on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly
- Repetitive motion with hands and arms (scooping, tamping, pouring, etc.)

Pay: $15.57 - $18.00 per hour
