Bartender/Server/Wait Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Bartenders/ Servers(Age 21+) to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Enumclaw. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred
- Familiarity with SpotOn POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation methods is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
