Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Elementary School (SY 25/26)
Worcester Cultural Academy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our student-centered Health Services team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with school nurses, faculty, staff, students, and families to provide high-quality, direct and indirect care to students in grades K–6.
You will be responsible for delivering personal care services and assisting with the coordination of student health needs, helping ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct health care through assessment, intervention, and followup
- Collaborate with School Registered Nurse to support overall student wellness
- Assist with health screenings, documentation, and communication with families
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with school health protocols
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CNA or Medical Assistant
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with appropriate support
- Strong interpersonal skills and a teamoriented approach
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 4 hours per day during the school year
Compensation:
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience
