Job Posting: Clubhouse Attendant ( Full-Time & Part-Time)

Point Roberts Golf & Country Club is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Clubhouse Attendants to join our team this fall. We are hiring dependable, customer-oriented individuals for both full and part time roles to help deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests through exceptional customer service. As a part of our growing team, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations across both the Pro Shop and our 19th Hole restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in golfers at the Pro Shop counter
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
• Clean and restock power carts between rounds
• Assist with restaurant service including taking orders, serving, and prep work/dishwashing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, washroom, and surrounding areas.
• Perform opening/closing and restocking duties as needed
• Provide general support to golfers and clubhouse team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or restaurants preferred
• Familiarity with the ForeUp POS system is a plus
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (For Canadian applicants)
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Requirements:

• Familiarity with and interest in golf is considered an asset, but not mandatory
• Weekend availability is required
• Flexibility to work occasional evening shifts is required.
