Director Administrative Analysis

Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and procedures throughout the state government. Conduct detailed analysis of current administrative systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to gather data and feedback on current processes. Lead a team of administrative analysts to gather and analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements. Create and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on the findings of administrative analysis. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in administrative analysis. Provide guidance and support to departments and employees on administrative processes and procedures. Communicate and collaborate with other state agencies to share best practices and streamline processes. Train and mentor staff on analytical techniques and tools. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to administrative processes. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and information sharing. Manage budget and resources for the administrative analysis department.
