Home360 is a dynamic local company that has been in business for over 42 years. We are seeking a well-organized, motivated, Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative with EXCEPTIONAL phone skills. An upbeat and inviting voice on the phone is an absolute must! Minimum 50 wpm typing is required. IBM AS400 software experience is a plus! Only mature, detail oriented, & loyal people who want to work are wanted.

- Act as the single point of contact to the customers for all types of service requests.
- Monitor schedules to ensure correct entry on service requests.
- Ensuring proper communication has occurred from the company to customer regarding pending and scheduled projects. Constantly keeping customers informed of job schedule availability and notifying them of impending changes of job schedules.
- Maximizing and increasing productivity for incoming service calls input by the customer service group.
- Receiving calls from technicians to assist them in job scheduling questions, customer history details, etc...

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
