We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team and help coordinate and manage fleet operations across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and schedule drivers for cross-border and domestic freight
- Monitor shipments and communicate with drivers and customers
- Use dispatch software and ELD systems for tracking and compliance
- Respond to delays, route changes, and real-time issues
- Maintain load records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of dispatching/logistics experience (trucking industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of North American freight lanes and DOT/ELD regulations
- Experience with dispatch software (e.g., LoadLink, DAT, etc.)
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
