Early Career Consultant – IT Infrastructure

As an Early Career Consultant – IT Infrastructure, you will support the delivery of secure IT infrastructure projects, contributing to the design and implementation of technology systems for clients and communities. Responsibilities Support IT infrastructure consulting services, including cabling infrastructure, network systems, and technology systems design Assist with contract administration activities related to IT infrastructure and technology systems Contribute to physical IT infrastructure audits and technical assessments Support projects through all phases including concept design, schematic design, detailed design, construction documentation, tender review, construction administration, and close‑out Implement design mark‑ups into Revit and/or AutoCAD drawings Prepare professional, client‑facing technical documentation, specifications, and reports Participate in technical and project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders Collaborate with the local and broader Building Technologies team and other WSP disciplines Skills Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline Foundational experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery Willingness and ability to obtain Public Works and Government Services Canada Level 2 Security Clearance Availability to work standard business hours with flexibility for occasional overtime Ability to report to a home office location a minimum of three days per week Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel as required Benefits Flexible work, real balance 6 we recognize the importance of balance in our lives and encourage you to prioritize the balance in yours.
