Empower Program - 2026

## Make Your Future Bolder with Empower Grant Thornton's virtual professional development program is designed to help you discover your potential, build confidence, and connect with industry leaders. We value diversity of thought and celebrate the unique perspectives each teammate brings. ### What You'll Experience As a participant in the Empower Program, you'll gain insight into the professional services industry and uncover career paths tailored to your strengths. Through interactive sessions, you'll sharpen your leadership, communication, and professional development skills while networking with peers and Grant Thornton professionals to create lasting relationships. The program culminates in learning about internships and career opportunities that align with your goals. The program takes place as a virtual conference in early June, with applications due by March 31st, 2026. ### Who Should Apply We welcome motivated freshmen and sophomores who are curious about accounting and professional services. You should be currently pursuing or planning to pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, with a genuine interest in opportunities within accounting or professional services. A GPA of 3.0 is preferred but not required. You must be available to participate on the program date and be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. ### What We're Looking For Beyond academic interest, we value strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to collaborate and adapt in team environments. Engagement in campus organizations, clubs, or leadership roles is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most. ### Why Grant Thornton At Grant Thornton, we believe in making business more personal and building trust into every result—for our clients and you.
