Job Summary
We are seeking a Entry Level Chemical Engineer to support research, testing, and process development. This role involves analyzing materials, designing and improving production processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in operations. You will conduct testing, analyze data, create process standards, and provide technical guidance to staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing

• Research, design, and improve production processes

• Collect, analyze, and report data

• Develop safety, quality, and efficiency improvements

• Create technical standards and specifications

• Install, maintain, and calibrate equipment

• Train and mentor technical staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with analytical chemistry techniques

• Proficiency in technical writing, spreadsheets, and databases

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
