EXECUTIVE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description -
Our company is seeking an experienced Client Administrator to manage our front-desk in our Ogden, Utah location. Total integrity and confidentiality are paramount in our selection. Excellent organizational skills and accuracy are a "must". The ideal candidate for the position is predisposed to multitasking, is reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities -
Handle a broad range of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, assisting office, and answering phone calls and emails.
Greet and assist clients at the front-desk.
Prepare, assemble, and deliver client documents in-person, electronically, or postal services.
Process client bills and receive payments while managing daily transaction reports.
Review, screen, and summarize client communications, reports, and documents using independent judgement.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and oversee follow-up and execution of items addressed.

Qualifications -
Associate degree in business or related field - preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist/office assistant.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (in-person, email, telephone, and webcam).
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-starter in a fast-pace environment and willing to jump in and get things done.
Team player with a positive and friendly personality.
Quick learner and willing to take ownership of projects assigned.

This is a full-time position. Pay is commensurate with experience.
