As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency. We need a core specialist dedicated to building a strong visual foundation. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes</li><li>Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements</li><li>Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits</li><li>Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards</li><li>Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums<br><br></li></ul><strong>How To Get Started<br><br></strong>Apply, pass qualification(s), and start contributing to projects aligned with your expertise — on your own schedule.<br><br><strong>Educational Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus<br><br></li></ul><em><strong>Academic and/or Professional Experience<br><br></strong></em>Candidates must have a strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines. We are looking for specialists with a deep understanding of how core branding translates seamlessly across different digital and print mediums. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.<br><br><strong>Compensation<br><br></strong>On this project, contributors can earn up to <strong>$50 per hour equivalent</strong>, depending on their level and pace of contribution.<br><br>Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
