Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Momentum Counseling and Consulting is hiring an organized, motivated temporary administrative assistant to join our growing practice. If you are passionate about mental health and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, Momentum is the perfect place for you.
Location
This is an in-person position at our 2020 Caribou Drive location in Fort Collins.
What You’ll Do
As an administrative assistant, you’ll play an instrumental role at Momentum, receiving opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to the growth of the practice. Projects may include:
- Supporting organizational development efforts
- Maintain databases and weekly calendars
- Marketing and outreach initiatives
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding processes
- Research and development of new client programs
- Creating resources for clinicians and clients
You will also:
- Attend weekly administration team meetings to engage with staff and contribute to practice growth during your temporary position.
- Participate in team-building events and social gatherings.
- Network with experienced professionals in the field.
- Learn about the business side of a mental health group practice.
Our goal is to provide tasks and projects that broaden your skillset while showcasing the strengths you already bring to the table, all within the scope of this temporary role.
What We’re Looking For
- We are seeking applicants who:
- Can reliably commute to the Caribou location in Fort Collins.
- Work well in collaborative settings and contribute to a cohesive team.
- Are organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Have excellent computer and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Modalities we use: Our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities including: Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Counseling, Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy.
