Full Time Warehouse / Customer Service Rep

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Duties:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
- Maintain customer accounts and records accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.30-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 52 per week
