We are a logging company that specializes in timber and forest management, as well as fire suppression under government contracts.<br /><br />OVERVIEW: The Heavy Equipment Operator position involves the safe and efficient operation of the equipment in our fleet for both timber management and fire suppression. This includes maintaining equipment every day.<br /><br />We offer a flexible schedule with both part-time and full-time positions available. You can even choose to work year round or seasonally. We also offer benefits including Healthcare and Retirement.<br /><br />RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:<br /><br />' Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with our company policy of enrollment in our random drug testing program.<br /><br />' Must provide a 3 year driving history obtained from DMV.<br /><br />' Participate in and promote our Company Safety Program<br /><br />' Be willing and able to work long hours when needed.<br /><br />' Skilled at heavy equipment operation in a variety of equipment types.<br /><br />' Keep equipment clean and free of loose materials, including all company vehicles.<br /><br />' Communicating with Owners and Co-Workers to define expectations.<br /><br />' Follow all rules and regulations.<br /><br />' Other duties as assigned as a part of the team.<br /><br />Do you want to join the team?
