Help Desk Support Specialist
<p><strong>Contract:</strong> 12+ Months</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM (4x10)</p><p><br></p><p>Seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 access and technical support for multiple locations. This role supports 6–14 calls per day in a call center environment and documents issues in a ticketing system.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Help desk, technical support, or customer service experience</li><li>Familiarity with ticketing systems</li><li>Strong communication and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Professional, customer-centric approach</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Training:</strong> Four-week onboarding program provided.</p>
