Role Description

At Polaris, we’re on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy Marketing and Acquisitions Assistant to join our world-class team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love the idea of being the operational backbone of a company’s marketing engine, and have strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, content creation, CRM systems, and social media, this role is for you.

Your mission:

  • Be the driving force behind the marketing engine of an established, fast-growing company.
  • You won’t just support growth — you’ll architect it.
  • By managing the daily execution of CRM, funnels, social media, and content systems, your role will directly help scale client acquisition, multiply impact, and buy back the Founder’s time.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years virtual work experience
  • Strong English communication
  • Proven GoHighLevel experience (agency-level preferred)
  • Skilled in graphic/video editing
  • Social media management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and project management

Requirements

  • Set up and manage GHL sub-accounts, funnels, workflows, and email campaigns
  • Edit and repurpose content (Canva, CapCut, Descript)
  • Manage FB, IG, and LinkedIn content + engagement
  • Track metrics: CPL, CTR, conversions, UTM, Pixel, GA
  • Handle outreach, DMs, follow-ups, and pipeline management
