Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Elite Industrial Controls Inc. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing HR functions that support our workforce and align with our company values. Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee employee evaluations and performance management processes.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies to enhance employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding workers compensation and affirmative action planning.
• Facilitate succession planning initiatives to prepare for future leadership needs.
• Utilize HR software systems such as Paychex for efficient HR operations.
• Support employee development programs and talent management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations regarding workers compensation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience with HR software systems, particularly SAP or Paychex, is a plus.
