IBM MQ /Redhat AMQ Administrator

<strong>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</strong> <ul> <li>8+ years experience in Websphere MQ, Redhat AMQ administration.</li> <li>Excellent Knowledge of IBM MQ and Redhat AMQ.</li> <li>Good Hands-On Experience in Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Middleware IBM MQ and Redhat AMQ infrastructure level issues. </li> <li>Good Hands-On Experience in MQ PUB/SUB Model. </li> <li>Good Hands-On Experience in creating MQ Objects like Queues, Channels, PUB/SUB setup.</li> <li>Good Hands-On experience in Clustering.</li> <li>Experience in Installing the Redhat AMQ and IBM MQ in Linux environments.</li> <li>Rising PMR to IBM on different critical issues</li> </ul> <strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Administer, configure, and support the MQ products across environments.</li> <li>Collaborate with middleware and application teams to enable secure and scalable integrations.</li> <li>Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures.</li> <li>Proactively monitor Incidents, ensuring high availability and quick RCA/resolution.</li> <li>Ensure High availability of customers IT Infrastructure managed </li> <li>Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools </li> <li>Ensure compliance to agreed SOWs </li> <li>Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer </li> <li>Create SOPs ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train internal teams </li> <li>Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA</li> <li>Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools </li> <li>Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure </li> <li>Document technical procedures and work instructions</li> </ul> Salary Range-$90,000-$130,000 a year<br><br>#LI-KR1
