Independent Pet Store Sales Representative (Remote - Work in Your Local Area)

Job Summary We are hiring remote Independent Pet Store Sales Representative across the United States. You will help expand our distribution network by identifying and joining your local independent pet store. This is a B2B development role, not a retail role. Phone/email outreach, occasional store visits. Job Type: Full-time | Contractor (1099 independent contractors) Work remotely with flexible schedules Estimated Annual Income: $55,000 - $90,000 (Basic + Commission) Job Description We are a fast-growing U.S. pet food company looking for highly motivated professionals to help us expand our network of independent pet store partners across the country. As a store sourcing specialist, you'll be tasked with building local B2B relationships with pet shop owners, introducing our product lines, and helping them become active wholesale distributors. This role is remote-first, mostly by phone and email, with occasional in-person visits to build relationships. Key Responsibilities- Identify and contact local independent pet stores in your area- Introduce our brand and wholesale product line via email/phone or in person- Guide new partners through registration and initial ordering- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat orders- Report customer feedback and market insights to HQ- Represent our brand qualifications with professionalism and trust - Associate's degree or higher- 1+ years of B2B sales/distribution/store experience development - Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English required) - Familiarity with basic CRM, spreadsheets, and online tools – self-starting, goal-driven, ability to work independently – based in the U.S., with flexible access to local premises if needed.
