Join Our Team as a Skilled Tree Groundsman
Pay: $24-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
We are a well-established tree care company seeking a groundsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in tree work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Assist tree climbers with setting up rigging, hauling brush, and other tasks as needed
- Operate equipment such as wood chippers and chainsaws, under the guidance and supervision of a lead climber or crew leader
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Assist with clean-up and debris removal after tree work is completed
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing support and assistance as needed
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Some experience in tree work, landscaping, or related field
- Ability to operate equipment such as wood chippers and chainsaws
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, taking direction from lead climbers or crew leaders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide feedback
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
