This includes not only the cleanliness and aesthetics of the cashwrap area but also the overall guest experience. You will be responsible for driving loyalty results, focusing on performance metrics such as sales and guest satisfaction, while also prioritizing the training and development of new cashiers and associates. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes exceptional service and operational excellence. In this role, you will contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel engagement, and guest loyalty. You will ensure that every guest receives personalized service, which includes greeting and engaging them, recommending products, and facilitating makeup applications and skincare analyses. Additionally, you will support the execution of in-store events and services that enhance the guest experience while driving sales. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the organization and replenishment of cashwrap displays and supplies, ensuring that the cashwrap area is always guest-ready. As a Lead Cashier, you will be a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission and values, demonstrating them consistently through your actions and interactions. You will take the initiative to stay informed about industry trends and products, sharing this knowledge with guests and associates alike. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.

Requirements

  • High school diploma is preferred.

  • 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
