West Virginia State Parks is seeking professional Line Cooks at state park lodge restaurants throughout the state. Duties will primarily consist of assisting the kitchen manager or lead cook with daily tasks. Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations, prepare food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks, plate prepared foods, work with front of house staff to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time, properly clean kitchen, work stations and cooking utensils at the end of shift, and ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations. Employees must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
