Loan Officer Assistant/Processor MLO - Remote ID-1168

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to successfully fulfil the following responsibilities:• Responsible to provide administrative, operational, or customer service support• Duties may include assembling loan documents for transmittal and verifying their accuracy, closing loans and distributing loan proceeds, reviewing new and existing builder qualifications, reviewing budgets, pre-boarding, analyzing financial data, and other duties.• Ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information and documentation.• May need to follow up with borrower, loan originator, title company or others to resolve questions, correct information, or other issues as needed.• Ensures that everything is complete in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some previous banking or loan process experience or other directly related experience. • Basic knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, loan systems. • Knowledge of banking process helpful. • Must have good organizational and customer service skills. • Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes. • Good written and verbal communications skills. • Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines. • Working knowledge pc's and various word processing, spreadsheet or related software.Benefits:• Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE! • Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance• Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts• Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Federal Holidays off, and any applicable state holidays• Salary Range: $25.78 to $37.81 depending on experience• 401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience• Mental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions• Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees enrolled in an accredited degree program related to the needs of the business, maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, employees are eligible for the program upon hire• Employee Ambassador preferred banking products
