This includes project management, risk management, real estate oversight, and serving as the interface between business operations and technology functions. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and informed decision-making to support business growth and resilience.</p><p>The Manager leads complex projects — such as system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and capital investments — and manages integration efforts following acquisitions. The role is also responsible for developing and managing risk mitigation frameworks and for overseeing the corporate real estate portfolio to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuity.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Areas of Accountability:</p><ul><li>Project Management</li><li>Risk Management & Environmental Social & Governance (ESG)</li><li>Real Estate Oversight</li><li>Technology/Business Integration</li><li>M&A and Integration Support</li><li>Strategic Leadership</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead corporate-level strategic projects including software implementations, capital projects and physical integrations.</li><li>Define and implement project standards, processes and documentation.</li><li>Direct cross-functional project teams and ensure timely communication with executives.</li><li>Oversee project planning, execution, risk assessment, budget and performance tracking.</li><li>Own the project intake process and ensure portfolio alignment with business priorities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, HR, and other functional leads.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Risk Management & ESG</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain ERM frameworks to identify, assess and mitigate operational and strategic risks.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and external agencies to manage liability coverage and insurance contracts.</li><li>Partner with Operations and H&S to create disaster recovery, business continuity, decision tree and sustainability strategies.</li><li>Partner with Human Resources and Marketing & Communications to lead ESG initiatives and reporting, aligning with regulatory and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Monitor emerging risks and recommend action plans to executive leadership.</li><li>Leads and supports the non-technical elements of the organization’s Cyber Security strategy, including employee education, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Real Estate Portfolio Management</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all corporate real estate operations, including lease negotiation, compliance and vendor coordination.</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of leases and effective transitions at terminations.</li><li>Collaborate with local teams to manage construction, renovations and maintenance projects.</li><li>Serve as point of contact with landlords and external contractors to resolve issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Technology & Business Interface</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a strategic liaison between business units and IT to identify needs and drive technology-enabled solutions.</li><li>Oversee integration of systems and processes following mergers and acquisitions.</li><li>Evaluate business systems to recommend process improvements and tools that align with business strategy.</li><li>Drive user adoption, training and change management in collaboration with stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5.
