**Job Overview**

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist who is bilingual in Spanish to join our medical office. As the first point of contact for our patients, we require a professional and detail-oriented individual to handle all front desk duties. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical or dental office, with a strong understanding of medical receptionist duties.

**Duties**

- Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate areas of the office.

- Manage the front desk, including answering and transferring phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.

- Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

- Operate office software including electronic health records system

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

- Assist with patient intake and checkout processes.

- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Assist with Clerical duties as needed

- Handle some billing duties

**Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Experience working in a medical or dental office, preferably as a receptionist.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency with an electronic health records system(s).

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
