Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 120 hours of certified truck-driver training completed within the past two years
- Solid driving history (some minor violations may be acceptable)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, including hair and urine drug screenings
What We Offer:
- Solo driver pay ranging from $1,302 to $1,607+ weekly
- Hands-on, practical training to get you ready for solo runs
- Safety and performance bonuses of up to 8¢ per mile
- Potential to earn up to $1,800 per week on OTR routes
- Transition bonuses up to $1,500
- Eligibility to switch to local routes after 1 month of training + 3 months OTR
Job Duties:
- Drive 2,500–3,000 miles per week
- Operate equipment safely and complete all required inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and follow company protocols
- Stay in regular communication with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries
