What You’ll Do <ul><li>Provide leadership and management of the 76 bed skilled nursing facility </li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including California Department of Public Health requirements </li><li>Lead operational, financial, quality, and customer satisfaction initiatives </li><li>Drive occupancy, census development, and resident satisfaction </li><li>Foster a culture centered on resident care, safety, accountability, and employee engagement </li><li>Ensure survey readiness and successfully manage state and federal inspections</li><li>Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth </li></ul>What We’re Looking For <ul><li>Current California Nursing Home Administrator License (NHA) required, RCFE license preferred </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field </li><li>Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in the senior living industry </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of federal and California skilled regulations, budgeting and financial management, quality improvement initiatives, survey preparedness and regulatory compliance </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills </li></ul>Why Join Us?
