Office Assistant/Receptionist
We are a natural stone supply company looking for an Office Assistant to deliver excellent customer service. This is a part-time position Monday-Friday. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Greeting Customers
· Answering the phone & directing incoming calls as needed
· Responding to company emails in a professional manner
· Writing up customer invoices
· Generate quotes for customers
· Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
· Maintaining an organized and clean workspace
· Updating company documents as needed
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
