Online Fitness Coach

Online Fitness Coach (Remote) — Part-Time (Grow into More Hours)

6 days/week | 1–2 hrs/day to start

You’ll coach beginner women who want to get stronger, lose fat, and become more confident within a team that moves fast, has clear standards, and puts clients first.

What you’ll do

  • Daily client messages + check-ins (supportive, clear, direct)
  • Create and update strength + hypertrophy plans for beginner women
  • Answer community questions and keep members consistent
  • Run short onboarding calls to set clients up from week 1
  • Most tasks handled within 24 hours (rare urgent items may need faster)

Requirements

  • 3+ years coaching experience
  • Practicing hypertrophy or powerlifting style workouts for herself
  • Fluent English (written + spoken)
  • Strong strength training fundamentals (beginner-friendly coaching)
  • Reliable, organized, high attention to detail
  • Comfortable on Zoom/Google Meet

Our clients are women and many request a female coach for privacy/religious reasons; please apply only if you are able to meet this requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £500.00-£2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 – 24 per week
