Part-Time Remote Receptionist (Morning Shift)

We are a busy delivery company looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Remote Receptionist to handle customer communications, order coordination, and light bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Answering and managing incoming customer calls in a professional manner.
✔ Assigning delivery orders to drivers and coordinating schedules.
✔ Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., recording transactions, updating logs).
✔ Ensuring smooth communication between clients, drivers, and management.
✔ Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions.

Excellent Communication Skills – Clear, friendly, and professional on the phone.
Strong Organizational Skills – Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, and basic bookkeeping tools (e.g., Excel).

Reliable & Punctual – Must be available consistently during morning shifts.
Detail-Oriented – Ensures accuracy in order assignments and record-keeping.
Self-Motivated – Works well independently in a remote setting.
