Our international team consists of hundreds of talented individuals who work from offices in Poland, the UK, Ireland, the US, and Canada, as well as from all over the world thanks to our remote work programs.</p><p>Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.</p><p>Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini, a project being developed with Square Enix; Gears of War: E-Day developed in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation; Project Echo for Krafton; Bifrost & Lost Rift are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering recruitment across a wide range of game development & support positions. As a senior member of the talent team, you will own the full recruitment cycle across appointed requisitions.</p><p>In absence of the Talent Director you will act as the point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders, and serve as the escalation point for North American recruitment activity. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters, helping to elevate best practices and strengthen recruitment capability across the global team.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, across game development & support roles.</li><li>Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on hiring needs, market insights, and recruitment best practices.</li><li>Point of Contact (POC): Serve as the key contact for North American recruitment queries, reporting, and escalations in absence of the Talent Director.</li><li>Talent Pipelining: Proactively source, engage, and nurture candidates through a variety of channels, maintaining strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate experience by providing timely feedback, transparent communication, and a respectful recruitment process.</li><li>Interviewing & Assessment: Screen candidates effectively, conduct interviews, and deliver constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.</li><li>Reporting & Insights: Track recruitment activity, provide regular updates on hiring progress, and contribute to global reporting requirements.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Bring expertise and insight into the video games industry, understanding role types, market challenges, and competitive landscapes.</li><li>Process Excellence: Maintain compliance with recruitment systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across the function.</li><li>Leadership & Mentorship: Support the professional growth of recruiters and coordinators by sharing knowledge, coaching on best practices, and contributing to global initiatives that strengthen the overall talent acquisition function.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience: Proven track record (7+ years) in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the video games industry or a closely related creative/tech field.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of game development roles, career pathways, and the competitive talent market in North America.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.</li><li>Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding decision-making throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Candidate Experience Focus: Passionate about delivering a positive and engaging recruitment journey.</li><li>Leadership: Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters/coordinators, with a collaborative approach to knowledge-sharing.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to represent recruitment at a senior level.</li><li>Process & Systems: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or similar) and reporting tools.</li><li>Autonomy: Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a global team.</li><li>Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving hiring needs.</li></ul><p><br></p>
