Production Associate

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Assembly Associate Responsibilities
- Follow written instructions and visual guides to assemble packaging materials.
- Use glue and box cutters to create custom inserts.
- Operate heat-sealing equipment to shape die-cut foam.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment.
Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Assembly Associate Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Prior experience reading blueprints or diagrams (preferred but not required).
- 6+ months of manufacturing/production experience (preferred).
