Project Manager (Digital & Graphic Design)

Currently we are looking for an experienced <strong>Project Manager with 3-5 years of agency experience</strong> to support our client services team. This position is hybrid with a mandatory 3 days in-office located in downtown Toronto. </p><p><br></p><p>We frame our search and our requirements for the position with our guiding principles of Mastery, Chemistry and Delivery.</p><p><strong>Mastery</strong> is the skill required to do the job; it’s being at the top of your game and continually honing it.</p><ul><li>First and foremost, you possess superb communication skills: written ones, spoken ones, personal ones.</li><li>You plan and run multi-discipline projects spanning brand identity, graphic design, and digital deliverables.</li><li>You have a thorough understanding of branding concepts and how design and production can impact them.</li><li>You understand the flow of an agency environment – the docket process, costing, briefing documents, contact reports, status reports and the creative process on a whole.</li><li>You take briefs and translate them into schedules, budgets, and resourcing plans.</li><li>You have experience working with Monday.com or other cloud-based project management platforms. </li><li>You traffic work across design, copy, illustration, motion, and dev; manage proof cycles and approvals</li><li>You coordinate digital deliverables (web/social/email) alongside print: specs, exports, accessibility, QA.</li><li>You’re proficient in scheduling, project planning, running status meetings, client communication and trafficking with internal and external resources. </li><li>You understand and take the lead with creating critical paths involving both account and creative studio activities.</li><li>You are resourceful and proactive. You look for solutions before asking for directions. You follow up before due dates to ensure projects stay on task.</li><li>And of course you’re an expert with our software: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If you’re also familiar with InDesign, PhotoShop, MailChimp (or all of the above), you’ll really impress us.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Chemistry is your way; it’s how you interact and relate with others; our clients, suppliers and selves. </p><ul><li>You work well under pressure. </li><li>You are a consummate professional – how you present yourself; how you cultivate your relationships with clients and with other staff.</li><li>You’re empathetic.
