Property & Sales Manager – Manufactured Home Community & RV Park

With new homes being added to our community, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to combineproperty management with sales success—including commissions and housing options.

Position Overview:
The Property & Sales Manager will lead both the operational management of the community and RV park while also driving new manufactured home sales. This is a hands-on role where your ability to connect with people, close sales, and create a positive resident experience will directly impact both your earnings and the growth of the community. On-site housing is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively market and sell new and pre-owned manufactured homes; earn commissions on each sale.

· Promote and manage occupancy growth by leasing homes and lots.

· Manage day-to-day operations of the community and RV park, including rent collection, resident relations, and expense control.

· Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with residents and prospects.

· Enforce community rules and policies consistently and fairly.

· Oversee maintenance staff/contractors to ensure homes, lots, and common areas are well-kept.

· Coordinate RV park reservations and guest services.

· Prepare budgets, financial reports, and monitor performance to meet ownership goals.

· Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales experience preferred; background in real estate, manufactured housing, RVs, or similar industries highly preferred.

· Strong closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

· Property management experience a plus (but sales drive is essential).

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, property management or CRM software).

· Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends as needed.
