QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed – Reconcile Commercial Checking Account 2021-2026

I'm looking for an experienced QuickBooks bookkeeper to reconcile one commercial real estate checking account from 2021 through the present.

This is an initial project intended to help us determine whether we're a good fit for additional accounting work.

Initial Scope

The project includes:

Reconciling one checking account in QuickBooks.

Identifying missing or unusual transactions.

Documenting questions or discrepancies rather than making assumptions.

Providing a summary of any issues discovered during the reconciliation.

At this stage, no loan accounts, credit cards, or additional companies are included.

About the Business

The company was formed in 2021, so the books are relatively clean compared to my other businesses.

How We'll Work Together

I prefer a collaborative approach.

We'll have two brief video meetings each week (approximately 30 minutes) using screen sharing to:

Review progress.

Answer questions.

Discuss any transactions that require clarification.

Outside of those meetings, you'll work independently.

Additional bank accounts.

Credit cards.

Loan reconciliations.

Multiple related companies.

QuickBooks Enterprise migration.

Ongoing bookkeeping support.
