Keller Williams Hometown Partners (KWHP) is one of Wichita's most energetic and growth-minded real estate market centers, and we're looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are ready to build a real business in real estate.

Whether you're newly licensed, still working toward your license, or a seasoned producer looking for a better home, KWHP gives you the tools, training, and culture to grow at your own pace. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential.

What you'll do

• Prospect, generate leads, and grow a pipeline of buyer and seller clients
• Represent clients in the purchase or sale of residential real estate throughout the Wichita metro
• Build and maintain relationships within your sphere of influence
• Use KW Command and other tech tools to manage contacts, listings, and marketing
• Participate in office training, team meetings, and ongoing education programs
• Collaborate with KWHP staff on onboarding, marketing, and event support as needed

Who we're looking for

• Active Kansas real estate license, or currently enrolled/planning to enroll in pre-licensing
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Strong communicator with a genuine desire to help people
• Comfortable with social media and digital tools
• No prior real estate sales experience required; we invest in training

Once licensed, you'll start with Ignite, KWHP's new-agent training program, and have access to ongoing coaching, mentorship, and office resources from day one.

Pay: $91,300.41 - $109,953.18 per year
